Just had bad news from the States. My girlfriend's Ma & Pa have just been to the Rockefeller Center and apparently they're all out - none left!

Guess they'll be proper rare cards then...

Does anyone know whether this card actually exists. The Stars Wars booster pack was on US e-bay within hours of release. I've kept my eye on US e-bay and never seen one yet. Every contact I've had with the Rockefeller center seems to come up blank. I'm asking Joff for an image to show it exists.

My parents are off to NY in May next year. Bet they can't get one then. Did encourage them to go earlier but when I explained my reason for the suggestion they thought I was weird.

I don't know if the Promo will still be running then, but its worth a try.

As for Joff being out of office, he could be going to the UK to see the UK WM people, as I know Tamar did last month

I've done a bit more digging and delving on this. It appears you only get a card if you specifically ask for one from the gift shop at Top of the Rock. I've received two e-mails from a Kevin Talbot. These are as follows:

I think I've found a contact in NY who will be willing to go to the Rockefeller centre. Nothing concrete obviously but through my connection, I've asked them to get as many as possible. Hopefully something will come of it and I'll keep badgering my connection so here's hoping anyway.

I've already done that and he's out of the office till Monday. We'll see if he gets back to me after then.

I'll be keeping an eye out for that in a few weeks time, got the tickets through for the Top of The Rock recently
