Not sure if this is a Misprint, or a Pack Difference, but in the new-look 2010 Dinosaurs pack from Winning Moves the Pachycephalosaurus card is totally different.
They've taken the chance to 'beef up' the pictures used for most of the dinosaurs, and many of them are now facing the opposite way to the previous Dinosaurs pack, but they're still obviously the same dinosaur.
However, the Pachycephalosaurus image has totally changed and actually appears to be the wrong dinosaur. It doesn't match in any way the old picture, or even the size comparison sillhouette on this new card. It's supposed to be the dinosaur that had a funny circle of horns all around it's rounded head, but the new picture just shows a regular looking dinosaur head.
