Build a man a fire, and he'll be warm for a day. Set a man on fire, and he'll be warm for the rest of his life.

I have just finished reading (for the nanillionth time) the Hitchhiker's Guide To The Galaxy: A Trilogy Of Five Parts by Douglas Adams, it always seems fresh every time I read it (and not just because of my memory problem LOL) and has a lot of clever philosiphies in it.  My favourite fiction series for sure.

As for non-fiction, I like reading biographical tomes and one of the best I have read has to be Have A Nice Day!  A Tale Of Blood And Sweatsocks by Mick Foley.

Oh my goodness! That brings back LOADS of old school memories! Does anyone remember the TV programme of it?! That was great! As was "Are you afraid of the dark" - That was well scary! Confused

I don't read much but i'm also a fan of the Darren Shan books and i've recently bought Artemis Fowl: The time paradox (and am waiting for the DVD that comes with it), and Children of Hurin By J.R.R Tolkien, which I have yet to read of both of them.

The Star Bores books are very funny and great parodies of the franchise from "a galaxy far, far away..."
