Remember David Beckham's beard? Wonder why?

Here is the answer.......

He wants to look like Wolverine.

The facial hair is a result of being stubborn and wanting to dress up as the X-Men character for Halloween.

Bought myself a £32 ticket to see Hearts playing Hibernian on Saturday lunchtime. Don't ruin my day argh!

Needless to say, it's a local derby and tensions is already rife in the area!

10 minutes walk from here so I hope I doesn't get mugged this time!

Wayne Rooney is now a father for the first time, a boy born in Liverpool!

Strange choice but Coleen was born there, anyway Kai Wayne is his name.

Look like Manchester United might be interested to sign him one day......

Check out on Thursday 12th November on ITV4 from 7:00pm to 10:00pm.

Live coverage of England v The World at the Madejski Stadium, Reading, to raise money for wounded servicemen.

There is a strong international line-up as former stars are joined by TV and music celebrities for the Heroes Cup.

I wonder whether Ant n Dec would be playing for England or maybe too busy preparing for I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here another stint in Australia?

Newcastle Utd have announced that St James Park will now be known as 'The sportsdirect.com @ St James' Park Stadium'.

The change has been made with immediate effect, with the intention of showing potential sponsors what their money can buy.

Chelsea have shelved plans to move from Stamford Bridge after revealing the club would consider naming rights for the stadium.

The name Stamford Bridge would be retained in any deal and it is understood Chelsea are looking for a blue-chip partner for a long-term contract between seven and 10 years.

I bet that all football clubs would be now wanting to jump on the bandwagon to cash in!

David Beckham's Los Angeles Galaxy defeated Chivas USA 1-0 on Sunday to win their Major League Soccer Western Conference semi-final series, 3-2 on aggregate.

Therefore he is unavailable for England's game against Brazil as The Galaxy will host the Houston Dynamo, who beat Seattle Sounders FC earlier Sunday, in the Western Conference final next week.

Tottenham goalkeeper Carlo Cudicini has been taken to hospital with fractured wrists and a suspected broken pelvis after a road smash.

The Italian stopper suffered what police have described as 'possibly life-changing' injuries after crashing his BMW motorbike in Walthamstow in east London.

Alex Ferguson has been hit with a four-match match ban, two of which are suspended until the end of the 2010/11 season.

He has also been fined £20,000 and warned as to his future conduct following comments he made about referee Alex Wiley.

I did not know that Wayne Rooney has a brother called John who is 18 years old.

He plays as a striker for Macclesfield Town in League Two.

I heard a rumour that Southampton is preparing to make an offer of £500,000 when the transfer window opens.

Is he a good footballer?
