The errors are mentioned above.

I assume they will just sell through and next time they print some more make the changes then, as the slight error and typos don't impact on the playable stats.

The simple answer is that there never has been a Bond film made in B & W.

The original Casino Royale which you referred to was made in 70mm Technicolour.

I keep hearing the word 'Casino Royale' numerous times so I had a look at Wikipedia to shed more light on this.

I will quote and it say:
It is the third screen adaptation of the Casino Royale novel, which was previously produced as a 1954 television episode and a 1967 satirical film.

I have not seen any of it but what is this television episode, who was in it? Dr. No was the first film made in 1962 is it?

The 1954 US tv version starred Barry Nelson as James Bond and there was also a radio version done so Sean Connery was definatly not the first person to play Bond.

The first cinema film was DR NO.

Barry Nelson? Ring a bell not sure.......was he in the film Airport playing a Captain?

He could have been a legend if he got Dr. No instead of Sean Connery, was he approached for the role?

No. I ordered it from Amazon a couple of weeks ago, but they haven't had any in stock in that time to send out.
