I have tried that. Flat, tilted and even showing it right in front of the lense.

Hi, newby here hoping somebody can help or advise on a problem I'm having trying to download the Transformers 3D software onto my laptop (Vista) from the Top Trumps website. (I've tried doing this many times without success.)
Everything appears to download ok but when I click on the icon to start, the screen takes ages to load and when 'TOP Trumps 3D' eventually appears on screen, nothing happens. (I've tried using the webcam but get a message saying it's in use by TopTrumps.)
I've tried opening the software from TopTrumps3d.exe from the Program Files but I receive the error message, "Error! The security system has been tampered with. Please contact www.MagicSymbol.com for help. I've done this but as yet no response.
Has anybody else had a similar problem?

Found a weblink about Q&A with Winning Moves regarding Transformers Movie Top Trumps game:
http://www.transformertoys.co.uk/content.php?/transformers-news/story/4206/Q&A+with+Winning+Moves+regarding+Transformers+Movie+Top+Trumps+game.html It was a very interesting to read, anyone here find something similar to this then let me know. Just one question about this, did they forget to add the USA and other countries? 14 countries were mentioned below: Moon: Will the game be released internationally or just to the domestic UK market? Kym: We hope to launch it internationally, but the main focus will be on the UK market. Carl: It will be available in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, South Africa, Turkey, France, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Scandinavia, Belgium, Holland and Eire.
