Hi Patrick, a warm welcome to the forum.
From the previous 3D sets that have been released it seems to be that the 3D content comes along a few weeks after the deck is released - we're also waiting on Ben 10 to come out as well.

This from Tom :
"The SpongeBob 3D download is in development, and we should have it available soon. Keep checking back on toptrumps.com for latest updates - I've seen how it's coming along and it looks like a lot of fun!"

Try telling that to my 7 year old son who got a pack for his Birthday last week !!!
Come on guys, it's not very professional - if you cannot support the product don't release it.
Imagine Ford selling you the new Focus without a steering wheel because it was not ready yet - That's the way a 7 year old see this.
Get with it guys and start thinking about your customers .........

Hi,
Like Patrick I too am really annoyed that after buying a pack advertising 3d features we cannot use it! My son is really frustrated as he couldn't access this and he had really been loking forward to the 3D aspect. Really dissapointing :(

Hi Jenmac - a warm welcome to the forum, and apologies again, I can fully understand the frustration - as soon as I spot it live on the main site I'll report it back here - kind regards, Ian.

I have today received a spongebob 3d pack, the pack itself is great however the 3d aspect is dreadful. Do not purchase if only interested in the 3d. Only a third of the cards have the 3d image and to my surprise when you show the cards to the camera you get the same rubbish image and a stupid 5 question quiz which is easy. It would have been a million times better if the 3d image was the same as the character shown on the card and worked on every card. I'm very disappointed, its clear this is a gimick and thought or funding has gone into this.

Hi Jay - a warm welcome to the boards, good to have you here.
Thanks for posting that feedback, and sorry to hear your disappointment with the 3D content and rewards - my understanding is that the 3D aspect to the game is supposed to be an added "interactive on-screen experience" extension to the normal game play, adding an extra layer if you like to enhance the standard game - hence why not all the cards have the 3D image.
Have you tried any of the other 3D titles ? I liked the Bugs and Horrible Histories 3D content and rewards.
best, Ian.

Give it time jay094, it's all about patience.
3D is a diverse subject, requiring dedication and practice. It takes minutes to learn, but a lifetime to be master. |

Have you tried an un-install and re-install of the 3D program ?, that may help

I bought this pack for my Daughter along with a new webcam. Webcam works great! This 3d software doesn't work at all. I have now spent most of Saturday tring to get the thing to work but no luck.
The software i have downloaded 3 times and uninstalled/re-installed. Still no luck. It takes about 10 minutes before it loads the "1,2,3, or click next" screen. Guess what! It will not let me go any further when i click next. VERY DISAPPOINTED SO FAR. Only bought the pack for the 3d side of things. Is there a list of supported cam's. Mine is a very well known webcam and not cheap! My Birthday girl is very very upset. Thanks TopTrumps!!!

Sent you a PM DaddyD - initial suggestions from the Tech Team are to also just check that media player is up to date to allow the application to function.
Let me know how you get on
