Does anybody know when the 3D software for the 3D BEN10 cards when be made available..i've contacted toptrumps 4 times to ask but every time they just don't bother to reply...thanks all..

Hi Malcy34 - welcome to the boards.
 
I've sent some various emails out asking for an update - hoping to hear about an expected date early next week - I know in the past some delays can be caused with getting all the content agreed with the licence people.

I'm sorry to say this but the 3D content for each pack should have been available from day one.
 
If they could not get the 3D content by then the pack should have been delayed accordingly.

I don't know if that is the reason - but hopefully we'll hear early next week so we know for sure.
 
I don't think any one likes a delay, and they are probably just as frustrated by it as we are....

I have to say I am disappointed about this...
My 6yr old begged me to pre-order that pack to get it as soon as possible (especially since we're in the US).. and he was really looking forward to the 3D bits... it's kinda hard to keep telling him.. "It's coming soon"

well its saturday october the 3rd...its 12:45 pm.....and...........still no 3D software for ben10....why am i not surprised......i'll keep checking..i guess theres still time !!!!!

well..its now..5pm..sat 3rd october..and guess what...still NO 3D content for ben10 cards.....thanks to all at top trumps..it really is nice to see that you care so much about the people who spend money on your products..!!

I understand that the 3D content is still a week or two away, delayed initially by some technical issues as its a larger piece of content - now due possibly towards the end of next week.

At last....I find somewhere where I can vent my frustration at the blatant contempt Winning Moves UK Ltd (the company behind Top Trumps) have for their customers. Like Malcy34, I too have contacted the company about the lack of promised 3D content/software for the BEN 10 cards only to be ignored. Like Nitehawk, I too have a little boy desperately disappointed....'why won't it work Dad, it says it will'. The simple fact is, if the software isn't available, then don't launch the product. If you go to Amazon, you will still see the BEN10 '3D' pack  being sold with clear claims of 3D content (with a promotional video to boot!). But, in the great scheme of things, does it really matter? Well, yes the principle here does...I'm sure I'm not alone in resenting the fact I have been duped into buying something that the makers clearly knew was not fully functional. Anyway, I highly recommend that you all complain to Advertising Standards (easily found online), as I am about to.

A warm welcome to the forum David - I've also sent you a private message (pm).
 
I know the TT team are very sorry for the delay with the Ben 10 3D content, which was caused by some initial technical issues as it has far more 3D content.
 
After checking again today, I understand its now back with The Cartoon Network, and I'll post more news as soon as we hear a date, although I know they are trying as quickly as possible, but I can fully appreciate the frustration.

Well..i'm sorry..but this just isn't good enough from a company like this..you're quick enough to take our money for the 3D Ben10 cards but they shouldn't even be on sale yet..surely the software should have sorted first..or is that me just being to sensible...and to top it off they can't even be bothered to update the website...ben10 3D software available week com. oct19....its now the 26th !!!

ohhh they've updated the website...ben10 3D now out soon....hmm...that'll be sometime in 2010 then !!!
