Well I don't think anyone expected England to win today but to lose 4-1 was pretty bad. Their second half was even worse than the first!

Did anyone else watch Germany v Argentina?
Looks like Germany have now become the favourites to win after today's performance of 4-0. http://www.oddschecker.com/football/internationals/world-cup/winner I actually secretly wanted Germany to win from the start because I took part in one of these bet things where you each bet £2 on a team with a chance to win £64, I am quite glad I did now!  |

I think that Germany look outstanding after they beat Argentina. I don't know how on Earth they lost to Serbia though! Holland look average at best I think they have scraped through a few games, they haven't shown too much class though they have great players. I don't know how they can give the own goal to Sneijder it looked as if it was going wide before melo hit it inot his own net. Brazil should have won that game! Uruguay have done really well as the dark horses and they look like they have a good team. Spain have looked good at times but don't look as good as everyone says they are they played awful against Switzerland and Paraguay! I'm not quite sure who will win it though. probably either Spain or Germany. I think i'll back Germany though.

I was looking forward to either a final with Germany v Brazil or Germany v Argentina. That's sort of short that in the foot!

I don't really follow the World Cup that much but I think Spain have made a very big improvement this year. Spain to win on Sunday! |

Holland played real dirty! Did you see that karate kick Nigel De Jong made on Alonso?!?!? He should have been sent packing! That is a case for refs to be able to use the instant replays.
Holland deserved to lose because of their fouling. Mind you Spain had their share but they were just much better. I was surprised when it went to extra time! |

I was only really half watching and switching between other shows while it was on but I did see the goal go in and Holland were furious, not surprising though with only four minutes left till they lost their chances of recieving the World Cup.
