Instructions:

1. Objective:

   The goal of WHOT! is to be the first player to reach a specified number of points, typically 50 or 100, depending on the agreed-upon rules.

2. Setup:

   • Shuffle the WHOT! deck and deal out the entire deck to all players.
   • The player to the dealer's right goes first.

3. Gameplay:

   • Players take turns playing cards from their hand by matching the shape, number, or color of the top card on the discard pile.
   • Special cards have unique effects:
     • Pick 2: Forces the next player to draw two cards.
     • Hold On: Skips the next player's turn.
     • Suspension: Changes the direction of play.
     • Whot!: Allows the player to call any shape and continue play.
     • Pick 3: Forces the next player to draw three cards.
   • If a player cannot play a card, they must draw from the deck until they find a playable card.
   • The first player to run out of cards announces "WHOT!" and the round ends.

4. Scoring:

   • Players score points based on the cards left in their opponents' hands.
   • Face cards (King, Queen, Jack) are worth 10 points each.
   • Numeric cards are worth their face value.

5. Winning:

   • The first player to reach the agreed-upon points target is the winner.
   • If playing multiple rounds, the player with the lowest score at the end of the final round is the overall winner.
